Want to know how to find Seahorse Yacht Charters? It’s easy! You can fly directly into the BVI (EIS) airport at Beef Island via San Juan, Antigua or St Martin. Antigua & St Martin are choices for European guests whilst North Americans tend to route through San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Coming from Canada? You’re in luck. There are direct flights from Toronto via West Jet straight into St Martin or San Juan. You also have the option to fly directly into St Thomas, USVI & take the 40 minute ferry ride over to the BVI. This is a great way to see a little more of the Caribbean on your holiday and get a taste for the water early on.
If you are American and are just visiting the US Virgin Islands, no passports are needed, however, if you’re planning on entering and staying past your typical holiday in the BVI, a passport is required.
If you’re coming from the UK, please check out the full office list of entry requirements and travel advice available on the official Gov site.
The standard currency in the USVI & BVI is the US Dollar $.
The standard language is English.
If you’re coming from St Thomas, there is a water taxi available. Please contact us to enquire for more details regarding times, availability and bookings.
Please check out our map of the British Virgin Islands to see how close all the islands & atolls are. There is nowhere else in the Caribbean (with the exception of the Tobago Cays) you will find so many islands close together. The British Virgin Islands have been home to Liz & her husband for over 30 years during their sailing, fishing and Caribbean adventures. We want to help you experience the BVI too, and helping you find Seahorse Yacht Charters is just the first step. There are comfortable options to travel to the BVI no matter your starting point and we’ll be happy to help guide your travels over the phone or by email if you’d like to contact us.
